This short safari takes you to Lake Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks. The first stop is Lake Manyara a shallow lake situated in the Rift Valley is known for its baboons, flamingos and dramatic scenery. Our next stop is Tarangire National Park which is famous for its climbing lions and giant Baobab trees. It's also a great place to spot giraffe, zebra and wildebeest. Continuing from Tarangire we head to the world famous Ngorongoro Crater which is home to over 25,000 large animals including Black Rhinoceros, Cape Buffalos and Hippos.

We offer an affordable and yet comfortable safari experience. We use Toyota Landcruisers for every safari and have a maximum of 5 people in a group to ensure everyone gets a window seat. To keep costs low we make use of secure tented campsites.If you are combining a safari with a Kilimanjaro Climb we will pick you up in Moshi in the morning the day after your climb and can drop you at the end of the safari for an evening flight from Kilimanjaro Airport or back to Moshi or Arusha as per your preference.

Day 1 - Moshi to Lake Manyara National Park

Moshi at 8 am, drive for about 2-3 hours to LakeManyara National Park, famous for its green scenery, varied bird life, tree-climbing lions, hippos and baboonsLuch will be sarved in the park at the picnic site then afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight will takeplace on top of the Great Rift Valley, overlooking Lake Manyara.

Day 2 - Ngorongoro Crater

A full day in the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a very high possibility ofspotting the big 5 in one day: lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo and leopard.Lunch will take place at the picnic site at the crater floor. Dinner and overnight at the rim of Ngorongoro Crater with an excellent view of thecrater floor! Please note that Simba Camp is the only common campsite inthe area, and that the facilities are sometimes difficult.Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3 - Tarangire National Park to Moshi/Arusha

An early breakfast and transfer to Tarangire National Park. This park isoften referred to as the "home of elephants", you have a great chance tospot elephants in large groups gathering around the Tarangire River. Otheranimals to be spotted include leopards, lions, giraffes and even tree-climbing pythons! Game drive until late afternoon with lunch servedinside the park, then drive to Arusha or Moshi.
